Thai pepper is also called bird's eye pepper or dragon pepper. Thai pepper plants produce dark red erect fruits when ripe, measuring 7/8 cm long, with a strong flavor, 150,000 SHU. The plant is very productive. Thai pepper can be used fresh in the green and red stages, cooked with dishes or dried.
