Turnip, Rapa Bianca Lodigiana is an Italian heirloom from the region of Lodi in Italy. This variety produces excellent white turnips with flattened roots that do wonder when baked, roasted or in soups or salads. It is possible to force it for an early crop and it is great for autumn and winter planting.
