A fabulously sweet sugar pea

Weggiser Mangetout Sugar Pea is a sugar pea that grows to about 1m high. Produces beautiful flowers and sweet green flat pods. Productive plant with very tasty pods.

Sunlight: full sun

Soil requirement: well drained, non acidic

Sowing and cultivation: Direct sow outdoors 1"deep, 2" apart in early spring when soil temperature reaches at least 7C. Plant row apart 24". Suitable for succession planting for a continuous harvest. It is advised to grow this pepper in a greenhouse or sunny sheltered spot since they need high temperatures to grow.
