The Wild rocket is a biennal variety of rocket with long, lobed and narrow dark green leaves. The leaves are spicy and peppery with a pungent flavor that adds to salads, raw vegetables or meats. The wild rocket yellow flowers are also edible but are less pungent and sweeter and can be added for instance to salads or desserts. The Wild rocket can also be used to make a peppery pesto.
