A spinach that can stand cold
The Winter Giant spinach seeds will produce very flavourful large green spinach leaves. This variety was specifically bred to tolerate cold temperatures. Can be sown in late summer or early autumn for late fall greenhouse harvests, or allowed to overwinter for use in early spring. The young leaves can be added to salads or cooked for a good boost of nutrients.
