A courgette that looks like a duck
Early summer crookneck variety produces bright-yellow crookneck fruits that have a fine, meaty texture and a delicious flavor. Very easy to grow, they are a welcome addition to the kitchen vegetables and add both colour and texture to your dishes. Try simply grated with a bit of olive oil and lemon, a crushed garlic and sprinkled with parsley, chives or basil for a nice summer starter or sauted in the frying pan. The yellow crookneck freeze very well.
