The petit Cevenol sweet pepper is a productive sweet pepper variety from the Cevennes Region of France characterised by an intense red color, very little heat and an intense taste. It is what would be called a taste enhancer as it usually dried, grounded into a powder and used in culinary preparations. Its thin skin and sweet taste makes it easy to digest. This pepper was created by Christian et Brigitte Colautti in collaboration with a Michelin chef.
