'Dwarf Eagle Smiley' is the first release from the Dwarf Tomato Project's "Teensy" family. It was created by Craig LeHoullier from a cross between Dwarf Tomato Project release 'Summertime Green' with the indeterminate heirloom 'Mexico Midget'. The variety was selected and named by Justin Sieglaff from material grown out by Linda Black. The Dwarf Eagle Smiley is a very productive variety that produces old yellow cherry size tomatoes, with a good flavor both sweet and acid.
This variety has been pledged to the OSSI (Open Source Seed Initiative). These seeds have been grown and seed saved in Cork, Ireland.
