Aromata Parnsip has a uniquely sweet flavor that makes it particularly suitable for cooking or consuming. The parsnip is cream-colored, with long, tapered thin roots roots and is firm and juicy. The leaves and roots of Aromata parsnip are edible making it a no waste vegetable in the kitchen. The parsnip skin can be used to make a vegetable broth. Aromata parsnip roots benefit from spending winter outdoors as their level of sweetness increase when exposed to cold conditions.

Soil requirement: well draining and rich

Sowing and cultivation: Sow ideally from March to June. You can sow some also from July to September if you are in a mellow climate. It can stand temperatures of -29C. Sow the seeds directly in the ground in rows spaced 40 cm apart. Cover the seeds with 1 cm of fine soil. Compact the soil firmly to ensure good contact with the soil.
