Bourgogne Cornichon is a traditional pickling cucumber from the French region of Bourgogne. This local pickling cucumber variety is very robust and produces large yields of elongated and slender fruits covered in spines and a fine layer of hair. The firm and crisp flesh offers a delightful crunch and a delicious taste. When picked young, it is perfect for pickling in vinegar. Left to mature, it will be easily eaten just like a cucumber.
