Elf Ears oak leaf lettuce is a hardy variety of lettuce bred by Frank Morton and characterized by its small leaves. The Elf Ears oak leaf is bright green, with deeply cut lobes and extended narrow tips. The head is compact, dense and the lettuce grows upright. Great for adding diversity to your summer or winter salads. This variety has been pledged to the Open Source seed Initiative (OSSI).
