The Verdil winter giant spinach produces a rosette of green, triangular and crunchy leaves. It is particularly suitable for winter and spring cultivation, It grows very quickly and will be a good source of green for the winter.

Sowing and cultivation: Sow in open ground, from February to October in lines spaced 25-30 cm apart, and to a depth of 1-2 cm. Then thin to 10 cm when it has 4 to 5 leaves.
