Kalibos cabbage is a red pointed heirloom cabbage variety from Eastern Europe. This red cabbage variety produces red to purple pointed heads of about 2 kgs. This beautiful red cabbage has a sweet taste and is perfect for making blue kraut or sauerkraut. It can also be shred into salads.

Alternatively sow directly outdoors in April. Please note cabbage seedlings are very attractive to slugs and snails.
