A tomato from Lloret in Spain, great for summer salads
Spanish tomato, beefsteak type and slightly flat, with very thin skin. Fruits are pinkish, very sweet with an excellent texture. Very productive. Fabulous tomato to use in summer salads.

Soil requirement: Well drained and rich
Sowing and cultivation: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Sow 1.5 mm deep at soil temperature of 21C. Transplant the seedlings when large enough to handle when about 20 cm tall. Plant out 45 cm apart in warm and sunny spot. This tomato plant is indeterminate and will produce fruits throughout the season. It will need staking. It is advised to grow tomatoes in a greenhouse or polytunnel.
