Small, yellow grain. Long, narrow cobs. Put oil in a pan that covers the whole ass, add a handful of well-spread corn on the fire and with the lid on! You will feel them begin to explode. Lower to medium heat and shake the pan slightly. When you no longer hear them explode, remove the pan from the heat, add sugar or salt and mix with a spatula.
