A Italian heirloom Cabbage that can be harvested early
Pasqualino Savoy Cabbage of Asti is an Italian heirloom. This early summer cabbage variety produces a medium to large sized compact head, of 2 to 3 kg with blistered green and lightly blond green curly leaves. This cabbage does wonders in purees and soups or used as a base for stuffed cabbage leaves. Do not harvest the head too big if you want to make the most of the wonderful texture of this cabbage.
