Why do I get a 404 message or cannot access the website page?

Are you connecting via a VPN or Proxy?

Because we have had many connection attempts from bad bots coming from countries we do not ship too, we have now restricted the access to any VPN and Proxy. If you are using a VPN or proxy to connect, please contact us by email and we will add your IP address to the the whitelist so you can connect. Alternatively it may be possible to disable the VPN to connect.

Please note certain countries access has been disabled if we do not ship there. Please contact us to check if that is the case.
