A Spanish Heirloom pepper that is like a Russian roulette
Padron peppers are a Spanish heirloom variety of small peppers that are tender to consume when they are about 4 or 5cm. Some are hot and some are not so it is like playing Russian roulette, you do not know which one you will get. When they mature and turn red they all become hot. Very productive and quite resistant to drought.
